01What we collect

We collect only what we need to sell you the kit, run our services and keep the site working.

  • When you buy: your name, email, billing address and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments or PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
  • When you message us: whatever you put in the contact form, the audit booking, email or WhatsApp. For the free audit this usually includes your store URL and links to your ads.
  • When you visit: your device type, browser, pages viewed and rough location, through cookies and the tools listed in section 4.
  • When you are a service client: your brand assets, ad account data and results, shared with us through Meta Business Manager partner access. We never ask for your password.

02How we use it

  • Deliver your order and send the download email.
  • Answer your messages and run your audit call.
  • Do the creative and ads work you hired us for.
  • Send you emails about the kit, new templates and our services. You can stop these at any time (section 3).
  • Run and measure our own ads, so we stop showing the kit to people who already bought it.
  • Fix bugs, prevent fraud and meet legal duties such as tax records.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent our email list. We do not share one client's results with another.

03Marketing emails

After you buy or book, you get our emails: the 14-day playbook tips, new template drops and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, and the marketing stops. Order and delivery emails still arrive because you need them.

Emails are sent through Klaviyo. They see your email address and what you opened. They do not use it for anything else.

The site uses these tools. Each one sets cookies or similar identifiers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The store still works; the checkout may need cookies to remember your cart.

05Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the business, and only the parts they need:

  • Shopify — store, orders, checkout.
  • Shopify Payments / PayPal — payment processing.
  • Klaviyo — email.
  • Meta and Google — ad measurement and analytics.
  • Calendly and Google Meet — audit calls.
  • Canva — delivers the templates. Canva has its own account and privacy terms.

We will also share data if the law requires it, or if the business is sold, in which case the buyer must honour this policy.

06Service client data

If you hire us for monthly creatives or ads, we work inside your ad account. We use that data only to do your work and report to you. We do not use your numbers in our marketing without your written OK, and we do not share them with other clients. When you cancel, we remove our partner access and delete working files within 30 days, except invoices we must keep for tax.

07How long we keep it

  • Order records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
  • Email list: until you unsubscribe, or after 2 years with no opens.
  • Messages and audit notes: 12 months.
  • Client working files: 30 days after the plan ends.
  • Analytics: as set by Google and Meta, usually 14–26 months.

08Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Show you the data we hold about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it (except records we must keep by law).
  • Stop marketing emails or targeted ads.
  • Send you a copy in a usable format.

Email privacy@adyty.com with the request. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it. If you are in the EU, UK or California, these rights are backed by GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA.

09Security

Checkout is encrypted (HTTPS) and card data lives with the payment processor, not with us. Our accounts use two-factor login. No system is perfect; if we ever have a breach that affects you, we will tell you within 72 hours of finding it.

10Children

Adyty is for business owners and marketers. We do not sell to or knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor gave us data, email us and we will delete it.

11Where data lives

Your data is stored by Shopify, Klaviyo, Google and Meta on servers in the US and EU. When data leaves your region we rely on standard contractual clauses or the equivalent.

12Changes to this policy

If we change something that matters, we email customers and update the date at the top. Small wording fixes just update the date.
