01The kit: 14 days, no questions
Bought the Ad Creative Kit, the UGC script add-on or the $97 Full Creative System and it is not for you? Email us within 14 days of purchase and you get all your money back. We do not ask why. We do not ask you to prove you tried it.
One fair rule: a refund ends your access to the files, and we refund each person once. If you refund and buy again, the second purchase is final.
02$297 custom ad pack
- Before we start: full refund, any reason.
- After delivery: you get two rounds of revisions included. If after those you still do not want the ads, we refund 50% and you keep nothing.
- If we miss the 72-hour deadline (counted from when we have your assets and brief): we refund 25% and still deliver.
03Monthly plans
Plans are month to month, so there is less to refund. Here is how it works:
- First month. Covered by the first-month promise: if none of our ads beats your current best ad's cost per purchase in 30 days, month two is free.
- Any month after. Cancel with 30 days notice. We do not refund a month that has already started, because the team is already working on it.
- Prepaid months you have not used yet are refunded in full.
- If we stop work for a reason on our side, you get the unused part of the month back.
04What we cannot refund
- Money paid to Meta, Google or any other ad platform. That never passes through us.
- Third-party tools you buy (Canva Pro, Klaviyo and so on).
- Kit purchases older than 14 days.
- A month of service that has already started, except as above.

Paid with PayPal? It usually lands the same day.
06Before you open a chargeback
Please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs you nothing extra, but a refund from us takes one day. If you open a chargeback on a kit order we would have refunded anyway, we will still honour it, but it will be slower for you.
